Hiya folks! Been quite a while since I was last here, so I hope you are all in good health, doing well. I've been meaning to pop in to see how everyone's doing and regularly thought about some of you whenever the topic of Statins came up in my Nutrition science activities on youtube and discord etc. Well, tonight it just so happened that Nutrition scientist Bart Kay and his lovely (Swedish) partner Pim Jansson had their "premiere" of their video on Statins and I immediately thought to pass this very important information on to you folks here, knowing some of you have been prescribed statins by your GP's. See, I do care about you, ya old codgers ;)
(around the @18:18 min mark is the information that made my jaw drop with disbelief the first time I was informed several months ago during a live stream. If any of you want more information I'd be happy to point you in the right direction or help you get in touch with Bart or Pim, or someone else to further help you. Look forward to hearing how you're all doing and will attempt to catch up here in the threads..)
