There's one left for tomorrow. Wife and I split one.
Oh and BTW, no water was harmed in making these magnificent steaks.

Got 2 11/4" ribeye steaks marinating in teriyaki sauce. Will do brown rice and thicken up the marinade and make a gravy for the rice. Salad also. Dorothy Lynch ftw.
Cleaned out my egg type ceramic grill and put in fresh mesquite lump charcoal. Beef. It's what's for dinner tonight. Except we have supper. Ever heard of the Lords last Dinner? Me either.
I was looking at some news stories, and one of them was 20 relatively cheap places to retire to. Boise City made the list. Sometime in the future we may be moving out of our little farming community to retire somewhere. One thing is I don't like cold anymore. So, what is the average winter like there?
Son in law fixed prime rib, hassleback ptatoes, green beans with bacon and a very nice salad. Dessert will be home made banana cream pie.
Oh and I got a new air of over the ear Bose noise canceling headphones.
Nothing fancy here, just a pot of ham and beans simmering since 10 this morning, and cornbread in cast iron skillet about 5 min away from ready.
Ummmm, yeah, you know down here in Kansas that Cudighi looks exactly like sausage.
