THEY FROZE THE FUCING WORLD IN AN OVERREACTION TO GLOBAL WARMING.
It was established in THE FUCKING OPENING CREDITS!
Sometimes I wonder about the IQ of you people.
Yeah, they made an entire movie to push their climate change agenda. No wonder it sucked.
That comment is disappointing and sad.
The film is literally about how the climate scientists got it wrong and destroyed the world.
*sadface*
It was the colors, wasn't it... Best stick to what you're comfortable with. Black and white.
Are you used to sound?
lol
Well... If my choices boil down to that movie or old westerns? Gonna be watching a lot of black and white movies. Fortunately those are not my only choices.
lazs
But they'll die with you. In the end, all that will be left on this forum is #7, Cuntface, and me arguing about pussy licking.
And that's sad.
That's a matter of opinion.
If you're not entertained by a band of rebels fighting their way through the longest train in history followed by the largest trainwreck in movie history... Maybe stick to old westerns?
You people are no fun.
Fair enough. It is very heavy-handed in its metaphors. Like theatrical.
If DCS had dynamic campaigns... Get on it you Russian fuckers!
I loaded up Il2 BoS again. Great game. Casual controls like AH, just hit "e" to start the engine. Same snap view system, hit F10 to save head position, etc. Looks great, and has a dynamic campaign in addition to scripted campaigns and missions. For those of you who are not interested in the Eastern Front, there are campaigns available for the West as well. Spits, P-38s, Thunderbolts, etc.
A day in the life of my luftwobble as the Battle of Stalingrad begins: The mission is to provide fighter cover for ground forces as they advance towards the city. It started out fine with a small gaggle of MiG-3's going for gun passes on the troops. I got one but was hit by ground fire from the very guys I was there to protect. Damaged my engine and left wing, and cut the rudder cables. The left wing became much more draggy and produced less lift due to the disruption of airflow by the damage. After nursing the wounded messer back to base the landing was a bit iffy. Had to use differential braking on the ground since the rudder was out.
A spoiler-free review.
Maybe I shouldn't have spoiled the ending then... Don't look in that other thread.
*SPOILERS*
I remember the train scenes and avalanche crash were spectacular on the big screen. Yeah, it didn't exactly end well.
Pretty sure that's the concept drawing for the show Snowpiercer. And in the show the train continually circumnavigates the frozen world if I remember correctly.
Finally...
Actually, it's from the 2013 movie.
Scientists accidentally freeze the world trying to combat global warming via stratospheric aerosol injection, blocking the sun. One man, Elon Mu... I mean Wilford, a recluse billionaire, builds his perpetual motion train, 1001 cars long, to save a piece of humanity.
But of course, class warfare erupts between the poor people in the rear cars and the rich up front, because we're stupid and can't learn from history.
That's Jeff Bezos' rocket. They made it in his image.
Looks friggin cool too...
