Here ^ is a more plausible explanation of how people on opposites of the "globe" can see the moon at the same time.
That's a dot drawn on the surface of a flat plate. It wouldn't be visible from anywhere. Do you know what "plausible" means? In order for them to see the same thing from several thousand miles away, it needs to be up high. Unfortunately, that doesn't work with the whole "dome" thing... so someone draws a nonsensical picture for you to hang your hopes on.

light is not infinite you may come back with... however it does seem to emit light further behind the source (my forward being from the outer to the center) than forward of it.

Since Grav won’t (or can’t) answer simple questions, I went to the flat earth society and found out that the sun hovers above the plain at 3000 miles in altitude.
So when it’s high noon in Brisbane, the sun is no lower than about 20 degrees above the horizon on the west coast of the USA.
That seems odd, as currently it’s 8:40 am where I am and 01:40 tomorrow in Brisbane…
That's odd. At 3000 miles, it would have to be considerably far away to disappear due to distance rather than setting below the horizon. I mean... at 3000 miles horizontally, it would only be about 41% smaller than it would be straight overhead.
