GG I think you need to get laid

  • I've been getting so frustrated with these searches. For simple information that, when clicked, you can't find.

I've been looking for two days trying to get good info for a hair toner I want to use. It's a SUPER popular product that only has about 6 variants, but the products are named super vaguely, like t14, t27, t11, etc.

Everyone uses them and you can't find a damn thing on them. Well, very little. Eve the color chart you find is some washed out picture that you can't even see the color.

    Super maddening.

  • So....how does that work for you, GG?

  • I have found that sex is both the most important thing and the least important thing. A wise man once said it is the thing you can get the furthest behind but catch up the fastest. There have been times in my life where sex was the most important thing on the planet.. I would fuck while the comet killed the earth.

Now? more mature? it is a very nice thing.

  • I would like to get it.. but sex for men at least is a huge driving force.. and in my life? LOL for women too. The first time I got laid.. she was a blond with a nice ass.........at 14 changed everything.. not saying it did not occupy all my thoughts before that but.. I figured it did everyones.

Never met anyone who did not think getting laid was in the top two of things.. so it is hard for me to understand.

  • I don't think I've been driven for sex either.

But a few women have picked me up for that purpose.

  • Thank you. I know how to mix it. The thing I was looking for was which ones do what and on my hair color. These are not colors, they're tones. They correct tones and are made to neutralize oranges and reds in blond, bleached hair.

Also, since I'm not bleaching my hair I'm using a lower developer. Lots of women and hair stylists mix them and they have different results depending on the hair color.

So there's a ton of links with the info, but 99 percent go to Pinterest.

  • It's at times like this I wish I could just pop over for a visit Gina, being an ex- hairdresser and specialised in hair colouring, I'm sure I could help.
Back when I dyed my hair regularly I used to buy professional products from a hairdressing wholesaler as I found the commercially sold stuff less reliable.
But I'd be more than happy to help if you tell me what you have currently and how you want it to be?

I'm thinking you know that already and know of a particular product but just can't find it online. (?)

  • Did you bleach your hair? Or color it yourself? Steph is willing to give you professional advice but she needs to know what you've done to it first- if you've bleached it then beware because your hair will break off if you add toner. I think we had this conversation over your nails, and you didn't take her advice, but Steph has taught cosmetology at a beauty college and she does three or four of her friend's hair and she wants to know what you've done to your hair.

Unless you've bleached your hair you don't need a toner. Tell ya what- let Steph know what you've done to your hair to wreck it and meet us at Doran's place and you will get a professional cut and color, and it'll be good I guarantee it and- most importantly- your hair will be healthy. The gas for coming up will be cheaper than the cut and color should cost you.

Plus we'll hit Old Sacramento and hang out.

  • Tell ya what- let Steph know what you've done to your hair to wreck it

lol. like how you assumed I wrecked it. It looks good.

Toners wont break your hair any more or less than color. They neutralize yellows, oranges and reds. They can cool or warm your hair tone and your hair doesn't have to be bleached first as long as it's already light enough in shade.

I have colored my hair before. A red/copper that looked great. After a few months I went a little lighter for summer and I like it. I just want to put some cool tones on some highlights. Not rocket science.

You can bleach the shit out of hair if you mi Olaplex no.1 in the with the processing.

I'm not really looking for advice, but I want to see what Wella toners do to certain shades. That's all.

  • how does what work?
