    CBD oil has its merits. It works well for things like pain, migraines, arthritis.

    I'm not sure what it does for hypertension, but I can tell you what to do for that too.


    CBD works better, in my opinion, if you take it in conjunction with astaxanthin.

    Astaxanthin is a type of red algea.

    It's actually what makes flamingos pink. Theyre born white. Eating astaxanthin makes them pink.

    I recommend pure astaxanthin capsules, as you can get it with added stuff like krill oil etc.

    For high blood pressure, pure beet juice. Yeah.

    Beets are OK too, but 3 ounces of pure beet juice, once twice a day , drops your pressure so fast, it's amazing.

    You can juice your own.


    You can also adjunct it with things that make it all work better.

    Coconut water and almonds being 2 of them.

    A couple of ounces of coconut water, and a handful of almonds, daily, your blood pressure will one down in 2 weeks. If that.


    I dont know if you guys have trader Joe's, but they sell a good beet juice you can freeze.

    I recommend buying 3 or4 bottles at a time, just freezing it for use whenever.

    There's also powdered beet juice on Amazon.

    I can post a link to a good one if anyone is interested. You just put it in water, boom, beet juice.


    For hardening of the arteries, and lowering cholesterol, it's a bit more complicated.

    That's a supplement with special instructions. It also kills cancer cells.

    So I use it alot in my practice I also take it myself.

    Try the NOOM app, use the free version, it will show you which foods not to eat too much of every day. Red foods are not off limits but must be limited quantities daily.

    Chaga is a personal favorite. You can make a delicious Chai tea out of it. I even put milk in it. Drink it daily.

    You can also do a concentrated decotion, and put a dropper full into coffee or tea daily.

    Its an immune booster. There are stories of people curing cancer with it.

    I have a formula of my own, where I just add it as an ingredient to the boil.

    Some people do a three mushroom immune booster with it.

    Chaga, reishi and maitaki.
