Where's the evidence? The only thing surveillance caught was him working a big line of cars, and telling her he'll get to her when he gets to her, and her being pushy. She wins a million dollars and he gets fired for not hopping to massa quickly enough. They waited a bit to fire him, then said it was because he was goofing off, but if you know anything about the law, you know it's easier to defend a wrongful termination suit for that than just firing him for not serving the negro fast enough.

The Sheboon is a liar. She said at one point that the guy said "I'll get you you when I feel like it", then to: the guy said "I don't serve black people".

Despite this, they came down on the company not for what he supposedly did to her, but rather "how the complaint was handled" by corporate.

I'd hate to be a gas station operator in Oregon.

Nah, it's a law in many states. I used to hate that in OR. I could've pumped my own 10 times by now, but you always wait.

Good Morning Ms Willemfeld.

Based on our site visit and after our interview with your representative We cannot provide the services you require. Your access system is no longer code compliant and you are operating in an unsafe manner. We regretfully decline to submit a bid based upon your criteria.

Axe "You are operating in an unsafe manner." Use a non-accusatory substitute. Make the gate or the system the unsafe thing, not the person. From what you wrote, this is the only part they will hear.

I'll bet that they've had every reputable access guy out there.

They need a complete replacement and are looking at $280k plus permits and electrical.

Now what they'll do is find the poor putz that will service their system. Prior to paying his invoice they'll require to be listed as additional insured on the guy's liability. The next hit will generate a half million dollar claim and they'll get their system.

Joos are parasites. Some new guy won't see them coming.
