You don't seem to understand that the left wants to eliminate any opposition to their viewpoints. Cancel culture is one example of their desire and willingness to eliminate political opposition and my desire to stop them from eliminating me/my viewpoints doesn't make me just like them.

I understand what the left wants. They don't want opposing viewpoints. That is, exactly, what you want. You are a leftist.

"Live and let live... as long as it doesn't impact me" is not actually "live and let live".

You see, all you have to do to make the "live and let live" work is to adopt the other side's viewpoints. Unless you do that, you are making a choice to oppose. You are making a choice to resist. You are using their views to make a choice to attack. It's all about politics. All of it. Pretending one side is righteous enough to eliminate the other is leftist.

What you fail to grasp is that there is a good and an evil.

We, all of us are inherently evil. We, all of us are capable of unspeakable cruelty.

I'm ready to be a victim of that cruelty from the vile left.

I'm ready to prevent them from committing that cruelty if I'm able.

Everyone should be free to have their own opinion. Making laws about your opinion is crossing the line. A good example of that would be the current Oregon gun laws that just got voted in. They are basically 'obey our opinion of firearms or die'

That is not an exaggeration. They are happy to use the police to kill you if you do not agree with their opinion of firearms. So far something like a dozen sheriffs have said that they will not enforce the law. They realize what a powder keg it is.

On the other end.... CRT... the main word being theory... and more than of few of its statements about history have been shown to be completely false... It is fair to make a law saying that it can not be taught. This is a different kind of law. It does not require the pain of death. the worst that can happen to those who strongly feel it should be taught is that they are fired from their job as educators.

Also... sexualizing kids. Don't do it. Don't do it in the parks or the alleys or the schools. Again... doing so is based on a theory that is silly.. that kids need to be sexualized and even mutilated to make them happy and the world a better place.
