There is some onboard video of it after it reached orbit showing the solar arrays being extended.
There is a live feed on Youtube.
But the onboard video of the ascent was virtually all ground based.

there is a video on YouTube of a camera attached to the booster on a shuttle launch and it shows everything from launch till the booster splashes down in the ocean. Pretty interesting to watch
