• Perhaps Russian jails suck so bad that it's worth a 77% chance ?

Podolyak, presidential advisor. 77% of Wagner's Ukraine forces killed.

About the quality of the RU "army"... PVK "Wagner" through a simplified "procedure" brought 38,244 people out of the FSVP (prisons and colonies) for use in genocide... sent missing or captured) – 29,543. Motilization of RU convicts at present – 77%.

  • A Russian expat once said if a Russian says the sky is sky blue go verify it.

It's a Russian official saying that the Wagner "freed" prisoners, they were offered to serve 6 months and have their criminal records expunged, are experiencing those casualties. These are the guys sent out in squad size units to attack Uke front lines so the Russians can call for fire on them. There was another Russian officer last week who said that about 15-20% of the prisoners survived their first assault.

So, I don't know but it makes sense. The Russians are probably looking at it as a win/win. The prisoners are no longer taking up prison resources and the Russian army does not have to use the Mobiks like they have in the past and take less losses on the books.

Like I said, almost nothing I put here is a religous argument for me. I'm just posting up interesting things I come across in my daily feeds. I'm sure some of it is accurate, some less so and maybe some not at all. The only thing you can do is look at what is observable fact and look at what is being reported, by whom and consider how much it makes sense and is consistent with other reports.

  • I understand that

  • Russian TG Safety Brief- “Ukrainians don’t actually like us, so act accordingly.”

So, today there will be an instruction for those whose task is intelligence.

First! Remember this once and for all, no matter how "liberated" the territory is, there are people on it. Different people, and most of them will not treat you very well.

But now we are talking specifically for crests.

They actually hate us (not all of them, most of them), that's why they sleep and see how to mess things up.

Therefore, no intimate conversations with the local population, now he smiles at you, and tomorrow he will stick a knife in your back. Remembered.

Further! NEVER TAKE FOOD FROM THE LOCAL! NEVER! THE MORE ALCOHOL.

Otherwise, you have a chance to die in agony from some kind of poison. No kidding.

Any information that the locals (out of the "kindness" of their hearts) try to provide you should be checked many times.

Because it may be false (informational

    trap).

Be sure to learn the language! If there is someone who grew up in Ukraine, then practice speaking. Plus, keep in mind that in Ukraine, in fact, in every region there is a different dialect, well, that is, Lviv differs from Kherson, because Lviv is closer to Poland, and they have a lot of Polish words there, for example.

You need to learn the language in order to understand what the enemy is saying into the radio, or for the rapid introduction into the rear of the enemy, where you will have to act in the conditions of "THIS IS OUR WE".

Scouts are not made, they are born, this is a natural talent and you are either given or not.

Remember what I'm saying now is experience. And he's priceless.

To start speaking without an accent, you need at least half a year of practice, so don't waste your time.

And start talking half the battle, because starting to write in Ukrainian is even more difficult. Texts need to be understood in order to translate documents that may fall into your hands during reconnaissance activities.

If you are behind enemy lines, then you must understand his mentality, otherwise you will be declassified, they are generally quite courteous people. For example, in the Lviv region, it is customary to address others as "Pani / Pan" (Madam-Master) with a name prefix.

In general, you must know the enemy by sight, otherwise you will not work as a scout. And always feel confident, this is already from psychology.

  • Russia brought vehicles with OSCE markings to occupied Donbas, @OSCE denies its presence in the area

The vehicles may be used for provocations, media suggests. OSCE's Special Monitoring Mission used such vehicles in Ukraine from 2014 through early 2022.https://t.co/Avgy1Am0Sr https://t.co/e2XMpZvemw pic.twitter.com/vfBp4h6MPM

The OSCE has officially stated that their observers are not currently in the Donbas. A few days ago, there were cars with OSCE markings, and there were suspicions that the markings were applied by Russia and the cars were going to be fired at in order to blame Ukraine for this.

  • We have around 2800 Brads in reserve storage and Brads overall are slated for eventual retirement. I'm fine with giving the Ukes a bunch instead of us paying to maintain and eventually dispose of them. I also read we still have around 10k 113's still left after being retired well over a decade ago. We have been dumping them overboard for reefs. It would be cheaper to donate many of those as well.

  • Hope this country dont fuck itself giving away all its weapons

The greater majority of what we gave away is end of life stuff so we are no where near giving away all our weapons. For example, we have around 2800 brads retired from service with about 2500 still being used. Brads are going to be replaced by a more modern platform so all of them will be retired once that eventually happens. We just gave the Ukes 50 of them so now they don't have to sit in long term reserves with no plausible use. That saves the tax payer the costs of maintaining them every year and having to pay to have them scrapped at some point. Also of note, the new contract pricing of those 50 brads is what is stated as the cost of what was lend leased. The purchase of those machines is a sunk cost paid for when they were ordered 15 - 45 years ago. The actual taxpayer costs are the difference between continuing to maintain and eventually dispose of them vs the cost of shipping them in theater. In some cases that may actually be a net benefit.

In the case of the 113's , there are around 10k of them in storage since the last were retired from service years ago. We pay every year to maintain them and to have them scrapped or thrown in the ocean as reefs. There might be some international sales of a few of them but pretty much all of them are an ongoing cost to taxpayers. We may as well donate a bunch of them as the Ukes need battle taxis etc.
