If... I owned the place you can be sure that there would be plenty of 'range time' Saloons were two stories for a reason... whores up stairs.
Dance halls were different. The women got paid to dance.. sex was rarely involved.
The place needs to weather. no cars allowed. Super tame horses for everyone and buggies for those who really can't ride for various reasons.... Authentic garb required.

Yeah you'd have to get checked out and your shit locked up a couple miles down the road, and come to town in 100% authentic garb on the Stagecoach. No need for a dancehall - a two story saloon should cover it. Could have a gun shop on site.... if you went all black powder, you would not need an FFL (weehah).
