Here is a typical eye of the needle, which were found in the walls of many cities in the Middle East. It might be difficult for a camel to go through it...but not impossible.

The eye of the needle was often so small that a camel could only go through it if it got down on its knees. Jesus used an analogy that everyone listening to him was familiar with....

I've heard different interpretations but I think what Jesus said following is revealing.

Matthew 19:

21Jesus answered, “If you want to be perfect, go, sell your possessions and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me.”

26Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”

Maybe the Left is finally seeing the difference between real oppression and imagined. Amusing that they think they can intimidate those in the Middle East with their lofty accusations. Especially after this unforgiveable debacle by their supreme leader, Joe Biden.

I think he knows but forgets that Christianity is For those not chosen as well as the elect. The grace of God is offered to those who have no hope in hell of ever getting to Heaven. City gates and all that is a good enough analogy, But to me the message is that where it is impossible for us humans to lead a camel through the eye of a needle it's nothing for God to do it.
