Storch, Dannes and any other fabricator

I need a couple racks fabricated to hold the pin/splines from my tube molds. The plan is to shoot the molds in one color, remove the baits from the molds (leaving them on the pin/spline) and then dipping the body into a second color. They need to cool for a minute or so before they can be removed from the pin/spline and shouldn't be touching anything else including each other during the cooling process.

I can provide the necessary dimensions but I am reluctant to mail you samples because it is highly probable that these molds won't be made again. I got my 3.5" molds during the second to last run and the 2" molds I barely got in on the last run. I'll post a picture of the pin/splines from my phone.

Yes, it’s the only way really. One side of the rack needs to be open ended so the pin/splines can be slid in above the baits.

They don't need to be pretty, just functional.

No.

I won't risk of ruining the pins since there is a distinct possibility I would never be able to replace them. Those pins are what make it so I don't have to manually cut the tails on every single bait.

In the horizontal?

I want to hang them vertically so the baits don't touch while they cure for a few minutes.

No, it's a bit to narrow for the larger pins and much to wide for the smaller ones but it gave me the idea for a rack.
