Is it half? We're at around 330 million or so legal citizens. Last total I saw was supposedly, and I don't buy it, around 140 million voted. I can't remember the break down off hand.
I seriously doubt that Biden-Harris set any valid record. He's never won a primary until the democrats cheated this one for him. He's never actually gotten much past the first round or so. Harris didn't get that far. Candidates that don't utterly dominate their primary don't set vote records. Especially not while LOSING entire blocks of minorities.
