IMHO only foolish people that have never or rarely been outside the U.S. have a serious lack... in understanding the reality of this world...
here until fairly recently the Christian ethic has been the basic everyday attitude of most people... that is and has been changing...
thinking things can not and will not change here in the U.S. is unwise... why?
because things have already changed and not for the good of all... to think that everything is fine... is IMHO very stupid... and
in this case... the stupid is going to hurt... a LOT... and will probably prove fatal for many...
some folk see what's actually going on and are NOW... rather late... finally buying the things they may need... in droves... shortages abound...
that said the rest of the world is NOT much like us... and the way they treat one another is considerably different...
and often they can be VERY harsh to one another...
this is particularly the case in the middle east...
and we already have a few if not a lot of those types residing here... due to open borders... and they're just waiting...
